Privacy & Cookie Policy

Information you send us

If you submit the enquiry form, email, call or message Nicole, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, provide accountancy services. Please avoid sending highly sensitive financial records through the general website enquiry form.

Website forms

The website enquiry form is processed using Formspree. Information entered into the form is sent through that service so Nicole can receive and respond to your enquiry.

The website may also show a time-delayed first-package discount offer. If you submit your email address through that offer, it is processed through Formspree so Nicole can record the offer claim and provide the displayed discount code. Submitting the offer does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.

Optional website analytics

When enabled and accepted, this website can use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page usage and enquiry actions, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website through tools such as heatmaps and session recordings. These tools are not loaded until you accept optional analytics in the website banner.

Analytics may record information such as pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location, referral source and interactions such as contact-button clicks. The site is configured not to use Google advertising personalisation signals.

Your cookie choice

You can accept or decline optional analytics when prompted. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Sharing and selling information

Nicole Platten Accounting does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers used to operate the website or deliver services where necessary.
